Situated along a half mile of the east fork of The Pigeon River, and within proximity of the Pisgah National Forest, East Fork Ranch is nestled in the shadow of famous Cold Mountain and is just minutes from storied downtown Waynesville, beautiful Maggie Valley, and the famous Blue Ridge Parkway.

How Far Is Asheville and Waynesville?

The Ranch is just 30 minutes from downtown Asheville, NC and a short 15 minute drive to downtown Waynesville, NC.

What Activities Are Near East Fork Ranch?

Nearby activities include fly-fishing on the east fork of the Pigeon River, barbequing, mountain biking, hiking, shopping in Waynesville, visiting the Biltmore House in Asheville, white water rafting on the Nantahala, snow skiing at nearby Catalooche ski area and golfing on six challenging mountain courses — including our neighbor, historic Springdale Country Club.
